Welcome to panomix.shop. This return and exchange policy applies to the purchase and after-sales service of pot lids.

Return Time: Customers can apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the goods.

Return Conditions: The product must be in basically intact condition; not severely damaged or man-made; and the original packaging must be retained.

Exchange Policy: If the product has a quality problem, you can apply for an exchange. We will prioritize replacing it with the same or an equivalent product.

Refund Processing: After the return is approved, the refund will be credited to your account within 3 days.

Shipping Costs: For returns and exchanges due to quality problems, we will bear the reasonable shipping costs; for returns due to other reasons, the customer will bear the shipping costs.
